This is an interactive course (workshop) with many exercises and simulations. The goal of this course is not only covering all of Scrum technicalities, but also to instill the different mindset of Scrum . Upon a successful completion of the course, you will be certified as a Scrum Master and gain the needed basic knowledge and understanding regarding Scrum and the way it can be applied in YOUR world (future projects).
All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
Following successful completion of the course, you will be qualified and ready to pass the Scrum Alliance assessment exam. This multiple-choice, online test is required to become a Certified ScrumMaster, which includes a one-year membership to the Scrum Alliance, where additional ScrumMaster-only material and information are available. Further information on the certification exam can be found here.
There are a LOT of simulations and exercises in this workshop in which we are practicing in day to day challenges that can occur, sometimes the day after the course. Another uniqueness of this workshop is the fact that I teach this workshop as if it was a Scrum peoject.
Throughout the course there is time for questions and answers and generally speaking I was focusing on creating an informal, fun, energetic and effective workshop that will create motivation to continue learning about Scrum and ways how to implement it in your specific working environment.
